WAFFLES

Simple - the traditional Liège waffle

Gluten free - same awesome, no gluten*

Minis and kid size - singles or six packs

Wafflewich - Ice cream sandwiched between two waffles

 

Enjoy them plain or pair with local maple syrup, powdered sugar, Nutella, house whipped cream, chocolate ganache, cinnamon sugar, cookie butter, salted caramel, or ice cream.

 

The Breakfast - Fried eggs and cheddar cheese on a Liège waffle with a drizzle of local maple syrup. Open face or as a sandwich.

 

 

- Winter Collection -

 

Chocolate Mint - Drizzled with chocolate ganache, sprinkled with crushed peppermint candies, topped with a scoop of peppermint stick ice cream and finished with our house whipped cream.

 

Cinnamon Bun - Drizzled with our house-made cream cheese frosting, dusted with cinnamon and powdered sugar, and finished with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

 

Sea Salted Caramel - Sea Salt sprinkled over our from scratch gooey caramel topped with whipped cream and a scoop of sea salted caramel ice cream.

We'll always have the standby favorites but we'll also be rotating some specials and seasonal flavors to keep you on your toes. Watch our IG feed for the latest!

 

DRINKS

 

We've always got insanely good hot coffee from our roaster friends at Parlor in Brooklyn.

Too hot for hot? We've got it iced, too.

 

Not into coffee? We also have our secret recipe hot chocolate so hot and chocolatey you won't know what to do with yourself. Waffle wedge for dunking included to ensure maximum euphoria.

And of course we have an assortment of tea for our tea lovers out there.

 

We've got coffee floats, hot mochas, mocha freezes, and more. We're always creating new drinks!v

 

 

*None of the ingredients contain gluten, but the waffles are made in the same kitchen that gluten is present in. We do our best to ensure no crossing but wanted to be explicit and transparent so you can make the best and safest decision based on your sensitivities.

FOOD PHILOSOPHY

 

We source our ingredients locally whenever possible. We believe it's important to support Rhode Island businesses and the RI food economy.

 

We use organic ingredients whenever possible because we believe it's better for your body and the earth.

 

We make our waffle dough in house from scratch with real ingredients. Butter, eggs, flour, yeast, salt, brown sugar, pure vanilla extract, and authentic Belgian pearl sugar. Nothing weird. Nothing fake.

 

Sharing food with someone is an elemental human act. We want to provide an environment for that to happen in.
